These vaccines will be given on a first-come, first-served basis at all locations.
Patients can now text us at (405) 347-8832. We will be happy to provide your second Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 dose, should it be time. However, your first vaccine must have been manufactured by Pfizer or Moderna to receive your second dose from US.
You MUST bring your COVID-19 vaccination card with you in order to receive your second dose.
For the safety and wellbeing of our staff, patients, and families, we ask that all individuals who enter any of our office locations, please wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. In order to keep all our families safe, we ask that you limit the amount of non-patient visitors to one person.
